This concert is a beauty.
CBS-TV offered to tape a concert at the brand new Kodak Theater in Hollywood. A gorgeous place to perform.
We were coming off a very successful and exciting few months. Concord Records had released my favorite album called “Here At The Mayflower” and Arista released a greatest hits album called “Ultimate Manilow”.
“Mayflower” did really well, but Ultimate Manilow hit #1 on the Album chart!
This fantastic concert includes songs from both albums.
This is one of my favorite TV specials. Hope you enjoy it.
