The singer/songwriter revisits the 1970s in a new television special inspired by his best-selling CD, The Greatest Songs of the Seventies. Filmed this fall at the Steiner Studios in Brooklyn, the show features Manilow in concert, performing and sharing his personal experiences with the audience. 90 minutes. During the broadcast, viewers can support WLIW21’s decision to air this kind of music programming by calling 1.800.767.2121 or visiting www.wliw.org (click “pledge online” then search “Manilow”) and making a donation. There are various “thank you” gifts including a VIP Las Vegas concert package with meet and greet (includes two tickets to a 2008 Barry concert, one-night stay at the Las Vegas Hilton, two autographed tour programs, and a Barry meet & greet with photo op), and a DVD of the concert special (before it’s available in stores!).
