Hi Everyone!
What a Week! We just finished up at the Hollywood Bowl and are getting ready for Chicago. WOW! What a great three nights. Really just spectacular and beyond all our expectations. And speaking of spectacular....thanks to everyone in England, Ireland, and Scotland. The shows were fantastic. Best shows ever. Best audiences ever. I couldn’t be prouder of my band and crew or more grateful for the wild and enthusiastic audiences in every city. And then to return home to the shows in the U.S. Just amazing. I’m loving playing in cities that we haven’t been to in years. It’s like visiting family that I haven’t seen in years. Just great. Now here’s the latest. Michael (Lloyd) and I have re-mixed "Everything’s Gonna Be All Right" for radio and we think it sounds great. It drops this week and I must ask you all to pretend it’s the 70’s and 80’s and call your local radio stations and request it. Bombard them with demands!! Get all your friends and family to call the stations!! I’m pretty sure the stations still take requests very seriously, so let’s go for it! We pumped it up, gave it more muscle and gave it a “radio-friendly” sheen that should sound irresistible on the stations. "Everything’s Gonna Be All Right" has been one of the most requested songs out of "15 Minutes", so we listened to all of your input and worked it. It’s such a feel-good song, it might be just what the public needs to hear these days. So what the hell, let’s see if the public agrees.
