Wow. It's crazy around here! And we've barely just begun!
Last week started with three Paris shows, followed by a flight to New York. Tuesday morning began at 6:00AM with interviews by satellite. It's pretty amazing how they do this. I sit in a chair talking to a camera with earbuds in my ears. I talk to a different TV station every five minutes for FOUR HOURS!! Two 15 Minute (sorry) breaks. Ouch, my tush! Then it was Joy Behar's show - I loved that one. Radio shows, more interviews topped by the QVC hour. Then back to Las Vegas and three more Paris shows. Everyone seems so interested in the new album. You know, Nick and I came up with the concept for the album years ago, but we had no idea it would wind up to be so current. The idea for the album makes for some very interesting interviews. The promotion schedule gets crazier and crazier as the month goes on. What's funny is that I'm not tired. Not in the slightest. Everything is so exciting. My voice has had a miraculous recovery thanks to the fantastic genius Dr. Scott Kessler in New York. If you feel like dropping him a line - feel free. Anyone need the greatest throat doctor - he's the man! Thanks to everyone for their wonderful reactions to all the promotion they've seen. More on the way! Much more! (OK - I may be a little tired).
