And one so thoroughly dominated sales, that it remains the sixth biggest album of all-time in the States. Eagles – Hotel California (11) ... Fleetwood Mac – Rumours (32) ... Stevie Wonder – Songs in the Key of Life (1) ... Barry Manilow Live (1): The hitmaker was in the midst of a stretch of five consecutive Top 10 studio albums. His singles were Top 40 favorites, earning the singer-songwriter three #1s in that same span. This live collection was recorded in New York City. The May release reached #1 on July 2.
