  • SWING STREET: I will always remember this album with joy because it served to introduce me to one of the most talented and beautiful people in my life, my co-producer Eddie Arkin. I wanted to record a techno-swing album and Eddie's brilliant and powerful arrangements were exactly what I heard in my head. Getting to work with Diane Schuur, Phyllis Hyman, Stan Getz, Kid Creole, Tom Scott and, once again, the great Gerry Mulligan, made this album incredibly special for me. It was also the album that reunited me with my beloved Arista family. A great experience for me all the way around.
  • MANILOW SINGS SINATRA: There was only one Frank Sinatra. There will never be another. This album is really a tribute to the great American songwriting that meant so much to him, and is also a sincere thank you to the man who intruced most of them to us.
