First Show: Six of us from the OHS Class of 1971 made the trek to Omaha to see one of the best concerts. Barry was amazing and did not disappoint! Unbelievable performer whose list of songs was incredible. What a fantastic time we had! - Debby Hooper (Ottumwa, Iowa) (2/12/2015)

[What I liked was] just watching Barry perform. I love it when he plays the piano, watching his hands. Just beautiful! - Kathy (of Nebraska) (4/24/2016)

Favorite Show: I love everything about Barry Manilow's concerts. From going back in time where he is talking about his grandfather, to his commercial medley, to hit after hit after hit. I fell in love with his music the first time I heard "Mandy." I was in 6th grade. 40 years later I am still a hooked and always will be. My dream would be to meet him one day. It would be such a rare treat, and one I would treasure for the rest of my life. - Robin Zinda (of Kansas) (9/5/2015)

My son's first concert was seeing Barry at the Blossom Music Center at a tender age of 6. Fast forward to Columbus, Ohio, and my son -- now 39 -- took me to see Barry at Nationwide Arena! And here I thought he had forgotten all about [that first concert]! Thanks again, Barry, for the great show. There was a 59-year-old mom and a 39-year-old son with happy tears in their eyes. - Nancy and Anthony Carter from The Buckeye State Ohio (3/2/2015)

Barry looked great, sounded great and it was so special to know that he doesn't plan to tour any more. Just to feel that magic one more time was awesome. My sister and daughter bought my ticket as a Christmas gift, snuck it through my fan club membership and I had the best seat ever. I went by myself, like a big girl. I was there for the music and not for a social gathering. Moved beyond words. Can't thank Barry enough for all the wonderful memories. - Mary McNeely (Columbus, Ohio) (3/12/2015)

I just loved the music! I grew up with my mom playing 8-track tapes [of Barry] when I was a kid. She is an even bigger fan than I am! I remember sitting on the counter in the kitchen listening to "Mandy" and so many other beautiful songs when I was seven. Honestly that concert in Columbus put me in the greatest mood for at least a week afterwards. I was singing and listening to Barry's music at work and it just put a huge smile on my face. Barry, you sing with such passion and feeling that so many lack in this day and age. I am very gratful for all the great memories that I have had with my mom and you in them. My mom (Sue Hermon) was in Florida at the time of the March 1st concert. I was so excited but there was something missing because she wasnt there ... I stayed on the phone with her during the concert so she could hear you as best as she could... Thanks you so much for everything that you and your music has meant to not only my mom and me, but the rest of the world. We love you, your music, and the things that you do to ensure the youth of today has the [musical] tools and experiences that you had. - Christine Mulligan (Columbus, Ohio) (4/17/2015)

It was a wonderful concert. Thank you for coming back to Washington, DC, Barry! - Vicki Wallace (Alexandria, Virginia) (3/5/2015)

This was my Platinum Experience concert that included an opportunity for me to meet Barry before the show. That experience will be a treasured memory of my lifetime!! He was very personable and made me feel as if nothing else mattered to him during those few minutes except talking to me. As always, the show was absolutely brilliant and such a thrill to watch from the front row. It had the perfect blend of upbeat songs and ballads. The emotional energy that he put into "Even Now" and "Weekend in New England" (my favorite!) made them even more powerful and moving. It was such a nice surprise for me that he included "Read 'Em and Weep" and "Ships" in the medley as he doesn't usually sing those songs during his shows. Hearing him sing a few lines of "One Voice" a cappella, with his beautiful voice echoing throughout the arena, was stunning. Barry truly is a consummate entertainer. He is such a gentleman and displays so much class not only while performing on stage before an audience, but also during interviews with the media and while interacting with his fans. He is most definitely the Showman of Our Generation! - Leslie Mills (Hagerstown, Maryland) (3/9/2015)

Thank you Barry for including Washington DC on your One Last Time Tour. I am so happy that we are one of your favorite cities! I have seen you in concert here quite a few times and it is always a memorable night when you come to town! From start to finish you had the crowd in the palm of your hand. The songs that you included and the medleys meant so much to me and brought back fond memories. As you stood on stage waving goodbye I knew that I had been a part of something very special. Thank you again so much for all you do and for the beautiful music. I look forward to seeing you again a few more times on the tour! - Linda Foster (3/11/2015)

First Show: I'm not sure why it took me so long to make it to a concert! I've loved Barry's music since 9th grade. Barry Manilow Live was the first album I bought with my own money!- Lisa Moxley (Washington, DC) (9/12/2015)

I have seen Barry Manilow at least 50 times. This was the best concert that I have seen! Dave Koz was great. The atmosphere and crowd were great. This arena has the best acoustics [of any that] I have ever attended. Looking forward to seeing you in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand on April 10, 2015. Your band and singers are terrific! - David & Margaret Clark (Fairmont, West Virginia) (3/31/2015)

The concert was wonderful, but because of our seat location, we could not see most of the stage. The band was hidden as was half of Barry's beautiful grand piano. His voice was amazing, though, and his songs brought back wonderful memories! - Lisa Conn (Avella, Pennsylvania) (4/5/2015)

First Show: I liked how Barry Manilow picked some woman out of the audience from the front row to slow dance to "Moonlight Serenade." - Kristine Rebel (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) (12/2/2015)

This concert was a birthday gift from daughter and son-in-law. Favorite part was reminiscing back over 40 years of enjoying the beautiful music that Barry has given us. Barry was wonderful that evening and I'll treasure the experience always! Wishing Barry and his loved ones a blessed, healthy, and joyfilled 2016. - Linda (of Copley, Ohio) (12/21/2015)

I have loved every Barry Manilow concert I have attended. The final tour concert made me sad, in tears, wondering if I will ever see him in concert again. I felt the same way when I saw him in Vegas also, wondering if he would ever tour again. I have been a "Fanilow" since his first album. He's talented, sexy, funny and I love his Brooklyn accent! I loved so much when he was playing the piano and the Midnight Special video played in the background, seeing the young man and the mature man. Chilling and goosebumps! It's so hard to say ONE thing you like about one of his concerts because they are totally full of entertainment. Love that Man! - Laura Kline (Hartville, Ohio) (2/1/2016)

It had been four years since I visited Las Vegas to see Barry at the Paris. Friday night the MGM Grand Garden Arena was filled with an incredible crowd and green glow sticks galore. I attended the pre-show COPA party and also had to pleasure of meeting Barry at the Platinum experience. It was wonderful and afterwards I got to see the show from the front row! Barry sang so many special songs I have loved for 40 years. The lighting and the digital images on stage are truly awesome. I especially loved the My Dream Duets selection with Judy Garland, "Zing! Went The Strings Of My Heart"! Everyone was on their feet dancing to "Copacabana" and afterwards, as we filed out of the showroom I grasped some colorful streamers to take home with me. The memory of that evening will last a lifetime. Barry – The Miracle is You!! - Linda Foster (Virginia) (4/13/2015)

Oh my, how can you put into words what this wonderful man has meant to me and to my daughter through the years! Vegas was awesome. We arrived and couldn't wait for the doors to open! I have tons of pictures of Barry from previous concerts (six to be exact), but at this concert we were close enough to touch him! (I didn't, I minded my Ps and Qs!) He sang his heart out and I swear it was just for us. We danced and sang right along with him. The gentleman next to my daughter said you must have been to one of these [concerts] before! She is 38 now and was raised on Barry music by me and her dance teacher (who we lost to AIDS). Every dance he had choregraphed for her was to Barry's music. This concert was just an all-time high for us. Thank you, Barry, for all you have meant to all of your fans. We all love you and admire you for all you have done with your life. - Karen Myers (of Oklahoma) (4/21/2015)

First Show: I had never once attended a Barry Manilow concert, but I became a fan of Barry's when I was about to graduate high school, back in 2011. I've known Barry for four years now and since then I've always wanted to go to a concert or two of his, but could never go. So I saved up and bought every single album Barry had every released and listen to those. I swear I got lost in the music, because it was SOOOO GOOD!! A few months ago, my mom knew I wanted to go to Barry's concert so for my 22nd birthday she bought me a ticket to see Barry at the Sleep Train Arena! I was overcome with joy, because it's what I've always wanted! Unfortunately I couldn't afford to meet him, but I really wished I did. He's been the guy I idolized for years and meeting him would probably give me a heart attack (not really, but I would be nervous!). Seeing him with my own eyes rather than on a TV screen was good enough. That concert was so great I was lost in the memories and I hope I can go again. - Joshua Eisenman (Quincy, California) (4/19/2015)

This San Jose concert and Barry's performance was the BEST I have seen in 35 years. There was a connection between the audience and Barry that was electric and it was as if nothing else existed outside of that arena. The audience couldn't stop cheering and Barry was visibly touched. He responded by giving even more and was met in kind with more adulation. It was an emotional and physically draining experience that I will never forget. What a talent! And what a legacy. Simply amazing. - Irene (of Palm Springs, California) (4/19/2015)

The San Jose concert was by far one of my favorites. Barry pulled out all the stops and gave us the concert we would remember forever. Being "One Last Time," the audience gave it right back to Barry, the clapping, shouts, stomping of feet, and standing ovations. We gave the love right back to Barry which made it a very special night, one I will never forget. - Ann Holman (of Central California) (5/2/2015)

[What I liked was] the concert and getting to meet Barry Manilow in person. It was just so awesome, I left the room where I met Barry like I had just made a new friend. I did the [Platinum Experience] and got to go to the concert and meet Barry and talk to him (My dream since I first saw him when I was 13). He talked to me for over 15 minutes! Such a sweet caring person. And his staff people like Doug were the best. We got to meet Dave Koz, too! Barry asked me what my favorite songs were. I told him and he played tree of them! We sat in the first row and he gave us gifts! Couldn't believe it! So, so kind. I think he was shy of all things. It was one of my happiest moments EVER -- besides marrying my husband and having my daughter. Thank you soooo much, Barry, and all your staff (like Doug, Miss Vikki and the rest). IT WAS A FANTASTIC TIME AND CONCERT!! - Laura Drahos (Tacoma, Washington) (1/14/2019)

We were 3rd row main floor, and it was my niece Sydney's first Barry concert. She has loved his music ever since my Mum and me introduced it to her. She had the best time. We all sang, danced and we know we cannot smile without him. Love all of the Barry Manilow concerts I have attended. Each one is special and I hold dear Memories of. - Deborah Kumle (Vancouver, Washington) (11/28/2015, 5/5/2017)

As a young girl, I always felt Barry Manilow's music spoke to me. I felt some how he understood every step of my life. I was ecstatic when at the age of 52 I was finally able to see him in concert. The performance was everything and more than I expected. I smiled the sweetest smile I've ever adorned, through the entire concert. When it was over it was so bitter sweet. I was filled with such happiness that I finally was able to see the man that was so much of my growing up, but so sad as I felt I would never have an experience like this again. I was so pleased that Barry was just as I expected - a kind, down-to-earth, loving, giving man. Thank you, Barry, for the time of my life! - Kathy Paull (Battleground, Washington) (12/10/2015)

My boyfriend had just moved up to Portland, from Florida. I had two tickets to this Barry Manilow concert and I convinced him to come with me to the show. It was a great night! My two favorite men together at the same time. My boyfriend loved the show, and is looking forward to seeing another Barry Manilow concert! - Michelle A. Green (Portland, Oregon) (2/10/2022)

Special evening attending the Copa Party but meeting Barry was the most exciting thing I have ever done! He is a warm person and so kind. This was my retirement present after teaching English 41 years! He is an amazing performer. He was so full of energy and the crowd really enjoyed his performance. BEST CONCERT EVER!! Sang all my favorites and then some! All I can say is WOW!! - Peggy Mitchell (Destin, Florida) (6/12/2015)

Saw Barry in June in Atlanta. Best concert ever! Instead of the usual 90 minutes, we got almost a full two hours. Lots of high energy and some old songs that rarely come out. Never disappointed. - Sharon (of Chattanooga, Tennessee) (7/19/2015)

I loved every moment of the concert. I was my sister's date (she has seen Barry six times, she's a lifelong fan!). I am seven years younger than her. I grew up listening to her play his albums, so I know all the words. I like Barry, too! He's so likeable, a true artist and composer. His music touches me and I admire his talent. It was a good concert, the crowd was really into every song. "I Write The Songs" was amazing as was "I Am Your Child." I saw people moved to tears by the emotion his music stirs. My favorite is hard to say but I love "Even Now" and "Weekend In New England." The whole lost love thing touches my heart strings, they never get old. I loved the split screen with "Mandy" on the Midnight Special in 1975. I am glad Barry came back to Louisville. He is an icon and a wonderful kind soul. I feel lucky that I can say I have been to his concerts. I saw The Eagles twice at the YUM , Fleetwood Mac, Rod Stewart and Santana, and I love my Eagles but Barry's show was GREAT! He is an Entertainer!! - Diane Graham (New Albany, Indiana) (6/8/2015)

It was a night of my favorite tunes with a favorite friend of more than 35 years. We bonded over many things, including Barry. Just magical!!! - Jamia Blazer (Morristown, Tennessee) (6/9/2015)

Ending up having a ticket higher up than I realized and having a fear of heights I was a little apprehensive. As soon as the lights went out, the music started, I totally forgot about my fear of heights. My focus was on Barry and the concert just got better and better. It was an undescribable high I will never forget. I talked about it for weeks. I have pictures. He has brought so much happiness to so many and has given me more happiness than he could ever imagine. I have seen so many live performances from Peoria, Illinois to Raleigh, North Carolina. Everyone was incredible. - Patricia Suhr (St. Louis, Missouri) (1/17/2016)

Last night (June 6, 2015) was my 4TH Barry Manilow concert and I was again mesmerized! Barry is a true gift to music. If this is his very last time touring the US, he will be sorely missed. My favorite part of the concert is that he always gets the audience involved, even the ones who aren't particularly the fans. He is always so endearing. Thank you forever, Barry! - Karen Walton (Raleigh, North Carolina) (6/7/2015)

My daughter and I went to see Barry when he sang "I Am Your Child." It touched my heart. My daughter bought the tickets for me. She does a lot for me. This was the best! - Becky Blake (Crouse, North Carolina) (6/7/2015)

[What I liked about this concert was] the fact that totaling my car could not STOP us from seeing Barry! Long story short... "Looks Like We Made It"!! The show was so heartfelt and he was really feeling and giving the love. The "Weekend In New England" moment when he asks "When can I touch you?" and we all say "RIGHT NOW!" is a testament to the connection Barry has created with his fans. There is NO OTHER LOVE like Manilove. He may be through with arenas BUT we will MEET AGAIN! My "ONE Last Time" in Charlotte was MANILOW MAGIC!! - Dawn (of Georgia) (6/16/2015)

I loved all of the show! It was so much fun singing all of Barry's songs. I didn't realize I still knew every word! I love the fact that he is donating his time and talent all over the country to music education and music educators. I am a musician and a teacher and I love this about him! - Jane Orrell (Wilmington, North Carolina) (3/31/2016)

Favorite Show: We just celebrated our 28th Wedding Anniversary on June 6th and our wedding song was "Can't Smile Without You." We always wanted to see Barry LIVE so we could hear our wedding song by none other than the master himself! - Trish McLaughlin (Marlboro, New Jersey) (June 2015)

First Show: I was the one who Barry asked to dance with on stage to "Moonlight Serenade." Hoping someone can find any image or video for me! I turned 50 on the 21st of June, we are fellow Geminis. LOVED HIM MY WHOLE LIFE!! It was the best birthday present I ever got!! Happy Birthday to you as well, Barry!! - Shirlee Colanduoni (Middlesex, New Jersey) (7/28/2015)

There are not enough words in the English language to fully express what that night meant to me. I was transfixed the entire night watching, listening and observing Barry during the entire show. I have been to many concerts over the years but there was something very special about that night and I can't quite put my finger on it. I was going through a very dark time in my life and hearing Barry's words of encouragement regarding bullying and that sometimes the songs are not simply for those who we have loved and are still here but are also for those who we have loved and are no longer here. I was in the middle of an emotional crisis between June 5, 2015 (5th anniversary of my husband's death) and the following Saturday was the memorial. These were just the words I needed to hear that night. It made the memorial more bearable and the memory still lives on of the good times I had with my husband and they far outweigh the bad times. I am eternally grateful to Barry for ALL THE TIME and I AM YOUR CHILD that night most especially because I was feeling out of place I did not want to be in my own skin, but his voice healed me that night. Thank you from a very grateful lady who will ALWAYS turn to Barry's music and words of wisdom for guidance and encouragement because they are very similar to what my husband would have said and done for me. In fact when I would start going into a tailspin, my husband would say "Barry" and I would slowly start to calm down. I still feel that way. I calm down when I hear Barry singing. Bless him for all he has given to us over the years and bless him for all he has yet to accomplish in his life. With the utmost respect, gratitude and admiration, I remain, Very truly yours, Deirdre M. Nelson (Amsterdam, New York) (1/30/2016)

I adore my Barry! He can do no wrong in my eyes. I love everything he does. Only thing I regret is not being a Can't Smile girl. I was soooo happy he is coming back to my area (in 2017). Love you, Barry! How about a concert at Radio City for old times sake...? One more thing... to hear you sing Gershwin would make my life complete (Someone to Watch Over Me is my favorite in case you need a start!). Keep writing and singing. You are one of a kind. Thank you for being with me through all the good times. See you in Long Island! WEEEEEEEEEE!! - Marianne Lyons (of New Jersey) (2/12/2017)

Phenomenal, non stop, exhilarating performance! I was clapping, singing, jumping up and down, out of my chair, screaming. There was soooo much energy and love in the audience. I was so very proud of the Boston Strong audience and the love they showed for Barry. What a night to remember. Listening and watching Barry live was so much better than the sound from my 8-track! I'm in love again, so much, I'm going to see Barry perform in his third Gift of Love concert in December on my birthday! ... from Boston to {Palm Springs} ... it's a miracle, a true {Boston Strong} blue spectacle, a miracle {to} come true ... the miracle is You! Favorite Show: Over 40 years of wonderful music from the greatest singer of all-time: Barry Manilow! I will treasure him forever! - Agatha Sullivan (Stoneham, Massachusetts) (7/15/2015)

First, the concert was fabulous. Barry is the ultimate performer. He sang so many of my favorites. He commands the stage and the audience connects with every song. His voice is so much more mellow than when he was younger. But, the really special part was seeing this concert with my granddaughter. She became a Manilow fan when she was in high school and the only one who knew was me. We kept her secret for many years. Every time Barry was in Boston I was in Florida. But this time it worked out. After the concert she said to me "Grammy, we just made a wonderful lifetime memory." Was she right! My sister also came and it was her first Manilow concert too. Every time I look at our picture it brings me back to the Garden and one of my most manic memories ever. I wish his touring was not over. Maybe a few concerts here and there!? - Diane Babb (from Massachusetts and Florida) (1/15/2016, 5/19/2016)

I had a great time at the Barclay’s Center seeing Barry June 17 which happens to be his birthday. We had an amazing crowd and I loved hearing the songs I have cherished for 40 years. Thank you Barry for the awesome experience and I hope you had the best birthday ever! - Linda Foster (6/19/2015)

The Barclays Center show on 6/17 was well-crafted and Barry was in great voice. Adding Dave Koz was a great bonus. While I'm not a fan of the 'gonzo medley' which was revised for this tour (I [prefer] Barry would singing the full songs), I know he wants to please many fans get in as many songs as he can. It was a privelage to be present at the last show and to wish him happy birthday! Thank you, Barry, for all the 'beautiful music' you have given us through the years. My favorite album is "The Mayflower" - definitely your best work. Please continue to record and perform for us in the future and I wish you much health and happiness always. - Ed Rising (Mineola, New York) (6/21/2015)

I have been going to Barry's concerts for almost 30 years and as I have loved every concert, this last concert was especially outstanding because Barry performed in his home town and I was lucky to be at the Barclay Center with him and his devoted and loving fans. As I am in my mid-sixties, I have been adding to my bucket list and at the top of my list would be to have the opportunity to thank him personally for helping me get through the ups and downs of my life ... Who knows, maybe my dream could come true. There are 4 special men in my life -- my father, husband, my son and Barry. I respect and love them. Each one has a special part of my heart and soul. - Nancy Strk (New Hyde Park, New York) (7/8/2015)

December 8: The first night of Barry's "Gift of Love III" (proceeds to charity) in Palm Desert was pure Manilow with Christmas and Children as it's main theme. The set was magical, the atmosphere charged and Barry, dry throat and all, was at his best. He never fails to impress. And to all of you who say ticket prices are thru the roof, I was able to obtain FRONT ROW seats at the last minute for under $30 thru the box office. So never say his tickets are too expensive for good seats ... It can happen. Great show, Barry, and thanks for all you give, say and do. You are like fine wine... You continue to get even better (if that's possible) with age!! - Irene Stanek (Palm Springs, California) (12/9/2015)

December 9: Second charity "Gift of Love III" concert and this time seen from a new perspective. Usually I am in the Orchestra with a straight on view of Mr. Manilow, but this time tried out the first level balcony closest to the stage. How amazing!! Barry was as great as ever but for the first time looking down I could see his hands playing the piano along with movements not noticeable from the same level. I have a new appreciation for the sound, the amazing lighting and the set (which is incredible from this angle). I may have missed staring into those blue eyes but I saw so much more. Class act overall. Fab job everyone! - Irene Stanek (Palm Springs, California) (12/11/2015)

December 11: Concert 3 of Barry's "Gift of Love III" charity event was overwhelming! Sitting in the Mezzanine I had a young family with a 6 year old girl next to me that sang the words to EVERY Barry song. It was heartwarming. On the other side I had an older family with their aged Mother who was obviously not in great health ... But she insisted in standing and applauding (supported by her family) whenever appropriate and when Barry sang his last note and waved goodbye, she sank to her seat and started crying from all the emotion. I'm sure she was thinking, "Will I ever get to see him again before my life is over." Heartbreaking!! A prime example how Barry touches all ages in a deep and profound way. No other performer in our day can do that. Simply put, Barry has all the ingredients one could ever want in one package. Simply amazing. - Irene Stanek (Palm Springs, California) (12/12/2015)

December 12: Concert 4 of this fundraising event. A memorable evening where Barry had a tribute to Frank Sinatra on what would have been his 100th birthday. His special guest (and one of the 30 separate charity founders) was Barbara Sinatra. Their "chat" was intimate, charming and Barry displayed his usual sense of caring and sensitivity. Barbara presented him with a painting that Frank had created and he was visably moved as was the audience. So many beautifully dressed ladies and gentlemen at the event who have probably never rocked out as much in one night dressed so well!! Fabulous evening. - Irene Stanek (Palm Springs, California) (12/13/2015)

December 13: Barry is so magical, full of energy and love. He gives 100+% in his performance. I was dancing the whole time. And it was wonderful to contribute to so many charities. I'm a big fan of Barry and his Manilow Music Project. Being able to contribute to this charity also gave me an opportunity to meet and get a warm hug from Barry. I already planned my next concert trip! I just love this man! - Veronica Thom (Boston, Massachusetts) (12/15/2015)

December 13: Fifth and last concert on this magical journey and the best was saved for last!! Tonight was the "Platinum Package" which included a front row seat and a meet/chat WITH BARRY and a keepsake photo. The red velvet draped room was bathed in a soft glow and the champagne flowed. Then in walks Barry! He chatted to each one/couple separately and was at ease, charming and of course, funny. My photo with him turned out amazing and it is a wonderful memory of a fabulous week where Barry took the time to volunteer to spear-head the fundraising for these 30 charities in "Gift of Love III." His love shone bright and his audiences loved him back. Thanks Barry for all you give of yourself to make us open our hearts to our very soul to let you in. Safe travels. - Irene Stanek (Palm Springs, California) (12/16/2015)

Barry Manilow will contribute five more holiday concerts to raise funds to more than 30 charities in the Coachella Valley. Manilow's 2009 and 2012 concerts raised more than $1 million and he hopes to raise another $500,000 with the 2015 concerts.
