I will always remember this album with joy because it served to introduce me to one of the most talented and beautiful people in my life, my Co-Producer Eddie Arkin. I wanted to record a techno-swing album and Eddie's brilliant and powerful arrangements were exactly what I heard in my head. Getting to work with Diane Schuur, Phyllis Hyman, Stan Getz, Kid Creole, Tom Scott and, once again, the great Gerry Mulligan, made this album incredibly special for me.
